The Meal and The Space is a group performance, which took place as a part of a seminar on the Hotel- and Restaurant School. In the performance, 22 persons dressed in service uniforms acted as “living walls”, while 5 food reviewers had dinner prepared by the students.
The performance was a collaboration with the artists Charlotte Bergman Johansen, Lone Bank, Nanna Stark, Karoline H. Larsen, Maria Werger et al.
